Self realisation
One of our founders and our in-house spiritual teacher Ivan Bava organises programs of spiritual awakening, knowing oneself, emotional liberation and trauma healing through his ALO Method, meditation classes, Fibonacci breathing classes, dance and body movement through music.
Bava has his schools of life mastery in Croatia, Slovenia and Spain and works throughout the world. His book Answers from Within has been published in English, Spanish, Slovenian and Croatian languages.
